What are AI credits?
1 run = one AI task for one client shop · charged when you start it · failed runs are refunded automatically · every plan includes monthly credits and you can top up on the Plan page
What does one run give me?
The AI reads that client's brand book and numbers and writes a draft for a person to check — a page audit, a post plan, a monthly report draft — in 1–5 minutes · the AI never posts, messages or runs ads by itself
Do client shops have to pay for Happy ERP?
Not required — but AI chat replies, the post calendar, approve links and number pulls need the shop on Happy ERP (499,000₭/month per shop), which the shop pays directly, separate from your plan · shops without the ERP can still be looked after, you just type the numbers yourself
How does the free trial work?
You get a trial the moment you sign up, with a few clients, seats and AI credits · nothing to pay up front · when it ends, pick a plan and pay by QR transfer inside the app
What happens when my plan runs out?
Everything becomes read-only until you renew · your data is all kept · your clients' own apps are not affected
How do I pay?
Transfer with the bank QR and attach the slip on the Plan page — a slip that passes the bank check renews you at once · otherwise the Happy team checks it by hand
