Ad spend — who pays
- Have an international card: you pay Meta directly from your own ad account — we manage, we never hold the money
- No card: a deposit up front + a monthly ad-spend ceiling · at the ceiling ads stop · ad spend is invoiced separately from the service fee
- Ad spend is never our revenue — the weekly ad report uses Meta's own numbers
Rules we keep
- We never ask for your password — access is granted through your Business Manager and can be revoked any time
- Your page, data and customers stay yours — stop the service and take everything with you
- Money, discounts and promises to customers are decided by a person, not the AI
- Every post and every ad is approved by you first
- Only 5 shops per intake — so a real person can review every shop
- Cancel with 7 days' notice · no penalty
Common questions
Do I need Happy ERP?
Yes — in the first year we only take shops on Happy ERP (499,000₭/month), because the AI answers from your real prices and stock, and the monthly report / performance fee is measured from paid orders, not from claims
Do I have to hand over my Facebook password?
No — you grant access through your own Business Manager and can revoke it any time · if you don't have one yet, we walk you through creating it
What if the AI answers wrong or gives a discount?
It cannot discount on its own — discount requests and money promises go to a person · every wrong answer is logged and the shop's knowledge corrected; the monthly report says what was fixed
What gets posted? Do I approve first?
Drafts are built from your products/promos on a monthly plan · you see each draft first and approve or send it back straight from Telegram · not approved = not posted
How soon can we start?
Our part takes under a day · we go live once you've granted access and confirmed your shop in Happy ERP (add 3–7 days if you still need a Business Manager)
How do I stop? What happens to my data?
